Recognizing the need for full-service business centers, CEO Carolina Rendeiro opened her first facility in Houston, Texas, in 1986 (Carolina has been in the business since 1979).
Since then she has continually advanced the business center concept on a global basis. Today, Rendeiro is one of the industry’s leaders, reflected by her selection as president of Office Business Centers International Association (OBCAI), a worldwide organization. She has served as a consultant to other business center owners, created various workshops and spoken at industry-related conferences, all on a global basis.
